Numerous users have voiced their concern that Samsung Personalization Service is not working along the expected lines on their Galaxy S22 Ultra. When they head over to Settings > General Management > Personalization Service and try to activate it, they are instead greeted with the “Check your network connection and try again” error message. The issue first came to light after the January update and is since bugging the users. So this begs the all-important question-
Is There a Fix?
We have already tried the basic troubleshooting steps of deleting the app’s cache and data and ended up taking the nuclear approach of factory resetting the device, but none of them spelled out success. Moreover, as far as the official stance on this matter is concerned, the developers are yet to acknowledge this issue, let alone give out any ETA for the rollout of a fix. As and when any of these two things happen, we will update this guide accordingly.
