I have the CPH2449 (Global ver.) and face the same from the very beginnig (July 2023). I thought there is something wrong with my car head unit, tried everything but nothing helped (reset to factory defaults, changing WPA2/3, 2,4/5.0 GHz etc, etc). Even opened a ticked in OnePlus support – no solution from them. Finally I found your site and at least I know I’m not the only one, althought not having Chinese version. Just wondering what exactly would change if I flash the software via MSM Tool? Now I got the latest one – CPH2449_13.1.0.595 (EX01).
