Where did the notion that “This issue is only happening when a user tries to download a single file.”? I have had this issue with 1 file, 2 files, 5 files, 18 files, 90 files, & most other numbers of files under 100 files at a time. I have over 13GB of photos/videos on googulONE that will NOT download. This has been an issue for MONTHS. Anecdotal evidence does not truely help. But you at least wrote 2 paragraphs of content.
