Quick Time unsaved videos are stored in the ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.QuickTimePlayerX/Data/Library/Autosave Information/Unsaved directory which could be accessed as follows:

  1. Launch Finder and press Shift+Command+G to open Go to Folder.
  2. Then copy-paste the below location and hit Enter
    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.QuickTimePlayerX/Data/Library/Autosave Information/Unsaved

  3. You will now be able to get hold of all your unsaved videos from here.
