In this guide, we will show you a nifty workaround that should fix the network drop issues on the T-Mobile variant of Pixel 8 Pro. Fix Pixel 8 Pro T-Mobile Network Drop
Do keep in mind that the below fix is only applicable to the T-Mobile variant of Pixel 8 Pro and might not work with other variants. Also, take a backup of all the data, just to be on the safer side. - First off, download and extract Android SDK Platform Tools on your PC.
- Next up, root your device via Magisk.
- Then enable USB Debugging and connect your device to PC via USB cable.
- Now type in CMD in the platform-tools folder address bar and hit Enter.
- This will launch the Command Prompt. Now type in the below commands:
adb shell su
- You’ll get a SuoerUser request on your device, tap on Grant. Now type in:
echo ' AT+GOOGSETNV="NR.CONFIG.MODE",0,"01"\r AT+GOOGSETNV="NASU.NR.CONFIG.MODE",0,"01"\r ' > /dev/umts_router & cat /dev/umts_router
- Now enable Airplane Mode and wait for data to be disconnected.
- Then disable Airplane Mode and wait for the data to be re-connected.
- Finally, restart your device and the underlying issue should be fixed.
