FIX 1: Tweak toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets

  1. Launch Firefox and head over to the below location
    about:config

  3. After that, type in the below name in the search box:
    toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets

  4. Then set its Value to False and check out the results.

FIX 2: Remove #tabbrowser-arrowscrollbox { position: absolute; }

  1. Launch Firefox and head over to the below location
    about:config

  3. After that, type in the below name in the search box:
    #tabbrowser-arrowscrollbox { position: absolute; }

  4. Then click on the Delete icon to remove this preference.
