Nothing Phone 2 Lock Screen Alarm Bug Confuses Many!

The second iteration in the Nothing lineup brings in some noteworthy improvements over its predecessor, but on the flip side, it has been affected by a few bugs as well. While most of them have been ironed out over the due course of time, there are still a few that need to be addressed. One among them has left the device owners bemused and infuriated in equal measures.

Nothing Phone 2 Lock Screen Alarm Bug Confuses Many!

According to numerous Nothing Phone 2 users, their lock screen is displaying a false alarm notification. They have double-checked that they don’t have any alarm set up but their device is still displaying one on the lock screen. What is even more interesting is the fact that that alarm is always 2 minutes later than the current time, as is evident from the attached screenshot.

The issue was first reported with Nothing OS 2.0.3 and is even there on 2.0.4. However, the issue has only been reported by a handful of users, so it doesn’t seem to be affecting the masses. And that could be the reason why the OEM hasn’t yet acted on the same. Therefore, it is recommended that you file a bug report at the earliest and make them aware of this issue so that they can release a patch as soon as possible.

As of now, the developers are yet to acknowledge this issue, let alone give out any ETA for the rollout of a fix. As and when any of these two things happen, we will update this guide accordingly. So stay tuned.
