iPhone users are getting Shortcut Error 1307

This visual scripting application from the Cupertino giant could be found across iPhones, iPads, Macs, and even the smartwatch. In simpler terms, these shortcuts allow users to design macros for executing specific tasks on their devices. Moreover, you could even share your macros with the rest of the community by simply uploading them over to iCloud and sharing its link.

iPhone users are getting Shortcut Error 1307

However, as of now, the Shortcuts are currently not working along the expected lines, with iPhone users constantly being greeted with Error 1307. The complete error message reads out “encountered an error: The operation couldn’t be completed. (INCExtensionErrorDomain error 1307.)”

Moroever, there isn’t any specific domain of shortcut that is currently bugged. For instance, whether it’s the watch face shortcuts, the ones that control ACs, or pull changes from GitHub, all of them are currently in the same boat. With that said, we have only seen a limited number of reports from users who have faced this issue, so it’s quite difficult to debug the root cause of this issue or find a workaround that could help you mitigate this infuriating bug.

With that said, we would recommend you file a bug report via the Feedback Assistant app and make Apple aware of this issue at the earliest. The quicker they get to know about this issue, the better [and faster] are the chances of their rolling out a patch for this bug. On that note, as soon as there is any further development surrounding this, we will update this post accordingly. Stay tuned!
