  1. To begin with, download and install the APKEditPro app.
  2. Then launch it and search the Software Update app.
  3. Change the version number to version code 1400003 and version name.
  4. Any number less than 14.0.3.—-> for example 1400001/14.0.0.1.
  5. Now install this un-updated OTA-OnePlus-localUpdate-Oplus_key_U.apk.
  6. Once done, turn off mobile data and WiFi and you can now access the Local Update menu.
  7. You can install the old version 13 or the “ota” BETA 2 version 14.0.0.81. [(CPH2451_11_C_OTA_1220_all_Hz4xgd_10100001) Oxygen Updater]
