  2. Then go to Settings > Notifications and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Now turn off Show Status of the watch. That’s it.

If your watch is running wearOS, then the rpcoess isn’t as simple when compared to the Tizen counterpart. In this case, you will have to root your watch, decompile the SecClockworkSysUi.apk and tweak the basic_clock_comp_indi_disconnected.webp [this is actually the ‘disconnected icon’ file with a size of 52 x 52 Pixel].

There are quite a few risks involved in this and the process is still a work in progress [though near about completion].
