How to Get Pixel Volume and Power Menu on HyperOS [No Root!]

In this guide, we will show you the steps to get the Pixel AOSP power and volume menu on your Xiaomi device running HyperOS. The Chinese OEM recently stumped everyone by announcing that it’s ditching its evergreen MIUI in favor of in favor of a new revamped HyperOS. There was some high anticipation surrounding this release, mainly with regard to the fact that users would no longer have to remain confined within a UI/UX that looked average, at the very most.

Unfortunately, all hopes came crashing down because HyperOS is literally just a carbon copy of MIUI, with just a few minor UI tweaks under the hood [though it does have a few additional features]. With that said, we did manage to find the light at the end of the tunnel as you could now get the Pixel AOSP power and volume menu on your Xiaomi device running HyperOS. And the best part? All this would be carried out without root! So without further ado, let’s get started.

First off, the bad news: this tweak will not work on Poco [it will simply give you a blank screen], though it will work well and good on Mi and Redmi devices. Now for the good news: apart from the fact that it doesn’t require root, the Volume UI tweak isn’t just limited to HyperOS, you could even use it on MIUI [though Power Menu is still only limited to HyperOS]. Moroever, it even works on Xiaomi EU ROMs! As far as the OS versions are concerned, both Android 13 and 14 builds are supported! So on that note, let’s get started.

  • If you are on stock MIUI/HyperOS, then simply install the below APK file:

How to Go Back to Stock MIUI Volume and Power Menus

If you wish to revert the change and go back to the stock MIUI menu style, then just head over to Settings > Apps and uninstall the app named “MIUI AOSP Mod – HyperOS”.
