In order to rectify this bug, you. will have to disable the HD Audio or in other words, the AAC Bluetooth codec for these earbuds. Here’s how it could be done:

  1. Connect your Tozo Earbuds to your phone.
  2. Then go to Settings > Connected Devices.

  3. Now tap on the settings icon next to your paired earbuds.
  4. Finally, disable the toggle next to HD Audio: AAC and then check out the results.
  5. If it is still not working, then disable everything except Media Audio and then verify the results.

That’s it. This should fix the issue of Tozo Earbuds not working with Pixel 6/7/Pro. As far as the official stance on this matter is concerned, the developers are yet to acknowledge this issue, let alone give out any ETA for the rollout of a fix. As and when any of these two things happen, we will update this guide accordingly. In the meantime, the aforementioned workaround is your best bet.
