  1. Launch Store, go to Starfield, and choose the Edition.
  2. Then go to Premium Edition and select
  3. Now go to “In This Bundle” which shows all the different pieces or files that come in that edition.
  4. Then select “Premium Edition Content” and it should say “You own this”.
  5. From there, go to “Manage” and manually install that content.
  6. Once it’s done, restart your console.

As far as the official stance on this matter is concerned, the developers are aware of this issue, but they haven’t given out any ETA for the rollout of a fix.
