Uninstalling all Google accounts (main, alternate, Japanese alternate) and clearing data in Play Services, Play Protect, GPay, and even the Wallet wouldn’t do any good. The culprit behind this issue is the Osaifu Keitai, which you might have installed for using Suica. So just uninstall the Felica apps and it should rectify the underlying issue [this is because you can’t have both working at the same time].
