In this guide, we will show you a couple of workarounds that should help you fix the issue of the WiFi not working on Redmi Note 12 Pro/Pro Plus 5G. The devices from this Chinese OEM have firmly established themselves as the go-to choice in the budget domain. Although it has quite a few sub-variants lined up, including Mi and Poco, it’s the Redmi series that has always encapsulated the attention of the masses. And the reason for the same is hardly a secret either.
When they are able to checkmark all the prerequisites that one could have asked for from a device belonging to this price range, then the reasons for its popularity are just the writing on the walls. With that said, these devices have a unique knack for getting bugged with a few issues. For instance, the twelfth iteration in the Note series lineup is currently giving a tough time for users as they are unable to establish a successful connection with the network.
Even If the connection is established, it tends to get suddenly interrupted or closed. In some instances, the device is connected to the WiFi, but the data transfer is just not happening, which is definitely quite a strange phenomenon. Making matters even weirder is the fact that there’s no issue in the IP address, default gateway, netmask, and even on the DNS nameservers, so this makes it all the more difficult to debug this issue.
Fortunately, we did manage to find a few nifty workarounds that should help you address this bug. So without further ado, let’s check them out.
