If you are also on the lookout for one such smartphone, then Jelly 2 might checkmark most of your requirements. It boasts of an exciting USP, being the “world’s smallest Android 10 4G smartphone”. With a 3-inch screen, global LTE support, 2000mAh battery, and the size of a credit card, there’s a lot to look forward to.

On your end, you only need to unlock the bootloader on your Jelly 2 phone. And this guide shall help you with just that. So without further ado, let’s get started.
Benefits and Risks on Unlocked Bootloader
Once you unlock the bootloader, you will be in a position to try out a plentitude of customizations. These include the likes of installing custom ROMs, flashing custom recovery like TWRP, or even gaining access to the system partition. This in turn is possible by rooting your device via Magisk (with or without TWRP). Once rooted, you will be able to try out mods such as Substratum Themes, Xposed Frameworks, Magisk Modules, etc.
But this is just one side of the story. On the flip side, unlocking the bootloader will wipe off all the data and could also nullify the device’s warranty. Likewise, WideVine L1 will be degraded to L3, hence you wouldn’t be able to watch Netflix in HD [here’s the fix!]. Likewise, banking apps might not fiction on rooted devices [again, there’s a fix!]. So if that’s all well and good, then let’s start off with the steps to unlock the bootloader on your Jelly 2 device.
