Universal Android Debloater: The Perfect Bloatware Removal Tool

Every OEM tends to pack in their device with tons of unnecessary apps aka bloatware. These are preinstalled apps which are treated as system apps and hence you wouldn’t be able to uninstall them the normal way out. So why does the OEM do so? Well, in most cases, they tend to justify this act because it helps the users to start using these apps right away without the need to manually install them from the Play Store.

Well, this is a completely nonsensical justification. After all, how can they decide which third-party app qualifies as a useful app for the user and which does not? Moreover, making these apps impossible to remove only adds salt to the wounds. We all know all this is done just to fill in the pockets of these OEMs, in other words, they go into a contract with the app developers that if they ship in their apps with their devices, then they will have their pockets filled.

After all, who cares about user interface, right? Well, we do and so does a few developers out there. Thanks to them, we now have a handy bloatware removal tool in the form of Universal Android Debloater that will help you remove all the junk from your device for good. So without any further ado, let’s put this tool to the test right away.

What is Universal Android Debloater?

Universal Android Debloater

Universal Android Debloater is an open source software that allows you to debloat your Android device by uninstalling bloatware from your phone. As soon as you connect your device to the PC, it will automatically list out all the apps installed on your device. Not only will it automatically segregate all the apps that are safe to uninstall, the ones that aren’t, and the ones that “might” lead to issues if removed.

Likewise, if you select a system app for removal, it will warn you and advise against uninstalling them. And if you end up selecting a crucial system app that definitely leads to a few issues once removed, then the tool might end up blocking the Uninstall option altogether [though you can enable that option from the tool’s Settings menu but it is highly recommended that you don’t].

Moreover, if you don’t want to permanently remove those apps, then the tool also gives you the option to disable them [and bring them back as and when required]. All in all, it gives you complete granular control over each app and the way you wish to treat them. So on that note, let’s make you aware of the tool’s usage instructions.
