In this guide, we will show you the steps to remove the Orange State Warning from your Realme GT 2 Pro. Before stepping into the custom development, your first course of action is to unlock the bootloader on your device. However, doing so brings in a few uninvited risks in the form of warranty void and device reset. Apart from that, there is another minor yet infuriating inconvenience.
Whenever you restart your device, you will be greeted with the Orange Start warning message which will stay on your screen for around 5 seconds, and only then will your device boot to the OS. The matter gets only worse in a rooted environment wherein you have to do quite a lot of reboots over the daily usage of the device.
So what could be done? Well, there exists a nifty workaround using which you could remove the Orange State Warning on your Realme GT 2 Pro. And in this guide, we will make you aware of just that. Follow along.
How to Remove Orange State Warning from Realme GT 2 Pro
The Orange State Warning is stored inside the abl.img file. So before starting, please take a backup of the stock abl.img from the firmware that is currently installed on your device. Droidwin and its members wouldn’t be held responsible in case of a thermonuclear war, your alarm doesn’t wake you up, or if anything happens to your device and data by performing the below steps.
NOTE: The below abl file was extracted from the stock Android 13 firmware version C.20 EUEX and then the Orange State Warning was removed via a Hex Editor. So while it might work with other region, it might not work with other firmware versions apart from C20 [if you still wish to try on another firmware version, then make sure you have a backup of the stock abl.img].
- First off, download and extract the Android SDK Platform Tools on your PC.
- Then download abl.img from here and place it in the platform-tools folder.
- Now enable USB Debugging and plug in your device to PC via USB cable.
- Then type in CMD in the platform-tools folder address bar and hit Enter.
- Now type in the below command to boot your device to FastbootD Mode
adb reboot fastboot
- Then use the below command to flash the abl file:
fastboot flash abl abl.img
- Finally, use the below command to boot your device to the OS:
fastboot reboot
