Many users out there have created a Developer Account just to keep a track of a few changes such as growing through the Developer Forums. However, these are the non-paod account and hence they can not publish any apps or software to the App Store. However, there have been numerous reports wherein the users who have a non paid developer account are receiving the latest iOS 16.5/iPadOS 16.5 Developer Beta Update! This has been happening across both the iPhone and iPad and users have been able to easily install that update as well. However, this is where things begin to go south.
Upon booting up their device after installing this update, users are straightaway greeted with the message that the logged-in account doesn’t have access to the selected beta. As a result of this, they have no choice but to revert to the public beta. And once they do so, the developer update is then removed from their device!
While some users were able to re-invoke the developer update by force quitting the Settings app and then relaunching it, however, the majority didn’t have any success with this tweak.
