Fix Nest Photo Frame changes to Curated Art from Google Photos
- To begin with, launch the Google Home app on your device.
- Then select your device from the list and go to its Settings menu.
- Now go to the Ambient Mode section and select Google Photos.
That’s it. Now that you have manually changed and re-inforced the selection to Google Photos, it will no longer switch to Curated Art on your Nest device. As far as the official stance on this matter is concerned, the developers are aware of this issue, but they haven’t given out any ETA for the rollout of a fix. As and when that happens, we will update this guide accordingly. In the meantime, the aforementioned workarounds are your best bet.
