In this guide, we will show you the steps to use the Magisk Bootloop Protector. When we were first introduced to Magisk, then its ability to root the device systemlessly was the major talking point, but that wasn’t its only eye-catching feature. One of its most useful functionalities was the ability to directly grab hold of the desired module and then flash it from within the app itself.
While the former feature has been removed [maybe because the developer is now part of Google], the app still supports one-click flashing. And there’s no denying the fact that flashing modules do add a slew of intriguing goodies to the fore, but that’s just one side of the fence.
There’s always a risk of things going south if you flash an incompatible or outdated module. Likewise, in some cases, two modules might conflict with one another and your device might be the ultimate sufferer. So what can be done in such situations? Well, there exist quite a few ways through which you can recover your device and unbrick it.
But a much better approach will be to make your device ready to face this situation beforehand. And for that, having the Magisk Bootloop Protector installed on your device is the most recommended approach. So without further ado, let’s dive deep into this module right away.

What is the Magisk Bootloop Protector Module
The Magisk Bootloop Protector is a module that will allow you to “fix” your device in case it ends up in a bootloop or softbrick state due to the flashing of a module. You can assign a single button or a combination of buttons to invoke this module. Then when your device is in a bootloop, simply press those buttons and it will start with its task of getting your device up and running.
However, if your device is already in a bootloop and you haven’t yet installed the module, then there’s no way you can use this module. In such instances, you can use any of these methods to unbrick your device. So on that note, let’s get started. Droidwin and its members wouldn’t be held responsible in case of a thermonuclear war, your alarm doesn’t wake you up, or if anything happens to your device and data by performing the below steps.

How to Fix Bootloop using this Module

- As soon as you do so, the module will become active and disable all the modules. This will then help your device boot to the OS.
- Once done, you may now launch the Magisk app, remove the problematic module for good, and then re-enable all the other ones.
- You may also enable all the other modules by tapping on the Action button next to Anti Bootloop under Magisk > Modules tab.
