FIX 1: Restart Logitech Processes

  4. Now open File Explorer via Windows+E shortcut and head over to the below location
    C:\Program Files\LGHUB
  5. Then open the following three files: Lghub_updater.exe, Lghub_agent.exe, and Lghub.exe.

FIX 2: Reinstall G-HUB

if the app’s settings, configuration, or data gets corrupted, then it is bound to be bugged with a few issues. To resolve it, you will have to take the nuclear route of uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Here’s how it could be done:

  1. Launch Task Manager and end the following three processes- LGHUB, LGHUB Agent, and LGHUB Updater.

  3. Next up, head over to the below location, and delete the LGHUB folder
    C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming
  4. Then go to the below location and delete the LGHUB folder from there as well.
    C:\ProgramData
  5. After that, go to Control Panel > Program and Feature and uninstall the G HUB app.
  6. Then launch Registry Editor and head over to the below location:
    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}

  7. Now select the {521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2} key and hit Delete. Reply YES in the confirmation dialog box.Logitech G HUB stuck on loading screen
  8. Once done, restart your PC. Then download and install the latest version of the G HUB app.
  9. Now launch it and check if it fixes the issue of Logitech G HUB stuck on the loading screen.

FIX 3: Rename the User Folder in Windows

if your username contains a special character or symbol, then the G HUB is known to conflict with the same. To verify the name, head over to  C:\Users and check the name of the folder corresponding to your current account. If it does have a special character, then you will have to rename it. UPDATE [July 27]: Further Connectivity Issues with Logitech G HUB

Many users have recently updated their Logitech G HUB to the latest version v2022.6.271036 for macOS and v2022.6.4530.0 for Windows and are since facing connectivity issues. Moreover, after restarting the PC, it is taking ages for the software to implement the correct profile. Apart from that, some users have also reported that the Logitech G HUB gets stuck at the loading/setting up screen.

FIX 1: Update Logitech G HUB

While not the quickest, the developers are still quite active in releasing timely updates and patches. Therefore, it is recommended to check if there are any updates available or not. If there is one, then download and install it right away and then check out the results.

  1. Launch Logitech G HUB on your PC and select your device from the home screen.
