How to Disable Inline Attachments on Apple Mail

In this guide, we will show you the steps to disable inline attachments in Apple Mail. There are a truckload of feature requests lined up across Apple Forums, one such request has been made countless times dating all the way back to 2008 but is yet to be effectively addressed. We are talking about the ability to make the photos and documents appear as separate attachments rather than in the body of the message.

But why would anyone want that to happen? Well, there could be quite a few reasons for the same. For example, it could be due to the privacy risks attached-anyone could simply sneak peek on your screen and get access to the contents of the file. Apart from that, it doesn’t even stand out from the UI/UX point of view.
