Fit as a Fiddle achievement in Dying Light 2: How to Complete

In this guide, we will show you the steps to complete the buggy Fit as a Fiddle achievement in Dying Light 2. It has only been a month since this action role-playing survival horror title made its way out there. But even in such a short span of time, it has managed to capture the attention of the masses. Its combat, parkour system, open-world environment, and the combination of melee and long-range weapons are worthy of praise. Along the same lines, the game beholds some intriguing and challenging missions set.

However, as of now, users are having to deal with a different kind of challenge- the bugged Fit as a Fiddle achievement. To successfully complete it, you have to checkmark a few requirements off the list- however, that is proving to be easier said than done. This is because while the maximum level for Stamina and health is 26 (needing 3 inhibitors per level) you wouldn’t be able to max out both these stats in one play. The reason?

Well, this is because there aren’t enough inhibitors in the game (only 126 are there)! Likewise, trying out a new game with existing gear isn’t a possibility either. What is even more concerning is the fact that this issue first came to light with patch 1.04, after which patch 1.06 and a few days ago patch 1.2.0 was also released, however, none of them managed to rectify this issue. So this begs for all the important question- how to complete the Fit as a Fiddle achievement in Dying Light 2. Let’s check it out.

How to Complete Fit as a Fiddle achievement in Dying Light 2

Fit as a Fiddle achievement in Dying Light 2

  1. First and foremost, you will have to save the 78 inhibitors. The fastest way of doing so is preferably from the very start of the game.
  2. Next up, save your game. For that, you may force a checkpoint somewhere or sleep a few times.
  3. Then quit the game via the Xbox Guide so that the save game file gets uploaded over to the clouds.
  4. Now relaunch the game and continue with the save game file. Try and max out either health or stamina.
  5. do note that you might have to exit the in-game menu to get the achievement to pop.
  6. To do so, basically, get out of the skills screen and go back to where you have control of your character.
  7. Moving on, while the game is running, go to the Xbox Guide and press the menu button.
  8. Then select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data > Your Gamertag.
  9. After that, select Delete From Console. This will force close the game.
  10. So relaunch it and continue with your saved game. You should have your inhibitors back.
  11. Likewise, max out your other skill as well. Once done, you will now have both achievements.
  12. However,  if you want the inhibitors to balance the skills according to your desired level, then just repeat steps 7, 8, and 9.

That’s it. These were the steps to complete the buggy Fit as a Fiddle achievement in Dying Light 2. As far as the official stance on this matter is concerned, the developers are yet to acknowledge this issue, let alone give out any ETA for the rollout of a fix. As and when any of these two things happen, we will update this guide accordingly. In the meantime, the aforementioned workaround is your best bet.
