When it comes to smartwatches, then the offering from the South Korean conglomerate is still one of the best choices that a user could get their hands on, however, that is no longer the only noteworthy choice. So to further entice the users towards its products, it tends to offer exciting new goodies, especially during the product launch it. One such attractive offering was the fact that every new Galaxy Watch 6 user would get a free fabric and a Camel silicon leather band.
Many Galaxy Watch 6 users are not getting Camel Silicon Leather Band
However, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Numerous users have voiced their concern that they didn’t receive the entitled silicon or leather band [Hybrid Leather D Camel band] along with their Galaxy Watch 6. For the unaware, here’s the combination that you should be receiving, well at least on paper:
– Watch 6 40mm S/M Sport in matching Black or Silver -Watch 6 44mm M/L Sport in matching Black or Silver – Watch 6 Classic 43mm S/M Hybrid Leather in matching Black or Silver – Watch 6 Classic 47mm M/L Hybird Leather in matching Black or Silver If you order anything different (band/color/size) than that, then it would be in the different box with the watch body by itself and the band in a separate compartment.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case. But fret not as there is still some light at the end of the tunnel. Samsung is taking two different routes to tackle this problem- either sending the band as a separate package within 24-48 hours or asking the users to send back their Watch 6 so that they could send a separate package, this time bundled with the band as well.
It’s better that the OEM opt for the first approach as it will be much more convenient for the end users. So on that note, we round off this post. As and when there is further development surrounding this story, we will update this guide accordingly. So stay tuned.
Update: Camel Hybrid Leather Band is out of Stock!
Well, the misery keeps on piling up for the sixth iteration of smartwatch users from Samsung. As per the latest development, the camel hybrid leather band is seemingly out of stock, thereby watches which was originally supposed to be delivered on August 11th are now delayed till September 29th!
So apart from the first-time users, the ones who had returned their watch so that they could get a new one bundled in with a silicon or leather band are now also part of this suffering list. This has got onto the nerves of many users and that is completely understandable and justifiable.
Well, many of them have already decided to switch to the so-called “special” camel hybrid leather band in place of the silver leather band. However, if you are eagerly looking forward to getting this watch at the earliest, then instead of Samsung, consider purchasing it from Best Buy.
