  • Everyone,

I recently bought the Galaxy Watch 6 and tried to activate the e-sim from the Galaxy wearable app and got the 4001 error. Do the below steps if you are facing the issue in any non-Samsung device, I am using Poco M4 5G.
Go to Settings > Apps > Permissions > Other Permissions > Galaxy Wearable and enable the Modify system settings. That’s it, after that, I went to Watch Settings > Mobile Plans and searched for the plan for the provider I want to activate the e-sim and it loaded the provider’s login page.
