Head over to your TV’s Audio Output settings and set eArc to Off. On the other hand, set Passthrough Mode to Auto. Once you use these settings, the issue will no longer re-appear. However, doing so might also result in a drop in volume when using LPCM. But, that is a small price to pay if it ends up rectifying the issue. Apart from that, some have also reported that setting both eArc Passthrough Mode to Auto did the job for them.

So you could opt for that setting as well and then test out the results. Just make sure not to go with the eArc Auto and Passthrough Off setting as it will definitely reproduce the error. If you don’t wish to take this technical route, then a few users were also able to rectify this issue by removing the Surrounds and Sub from the Home theatre configuration and adding them back again. So you may give this fix a try as well.
