FIX 1: Delete Cache

On macOS

Smart TVs

On Smart TVs, there’s no specific set of instructions, but it should be something along the following lines.

  1. Head over to apps all apps and select Plex from the list.

FIX 2: Disable Automatically Adjust Quality

  1. Launch the Plex app and go to Settings.
  2. Then select Quality from the left menu bar.
