1. To begin with, head over to the Settings menu on your device.
2. Then go to Display and disable the toggle next to Smooth Display.

FIX 2: Force Pixel 6 at 90Hz Refresh Rate

1. Head over to Settings > About Phone > Tap on Build Number 7 times.
2. It will enable Developer Options. So go to Settings > System > Developer Options.
   
3. Now enable the toggle next to  ‘Force peak refresh rate’.
4. This will force your Pixel 6 display to always be at the maximum refresh rate, aka 90Hz.
