FIX 2: Use Safe Mode Tweak

In some instances, a third-party app might also prevent an external device (which in this case is your watch) from establishing a successful connection with your device. 1. Press the Power button to bring up the Power menu and then long-press the Reboot option
2. It shall bring up the Reboot to Safe Mode dialog box, tap OK.
