Fix Google Nest Hub/Max Won’t Turn on, Stuck on G Logo

In this guide, we will show you the steps to fix the issue of Google Nest Hub/Max not turning on or getting stuck on the G Logo. The Nest Hub and its Max variant are among the most popular smart home devices. The reasons for the same are aplenty. Its voice-controlled smart display feature via Google Assistant, the ability to directly stream contents via YouTube and Netflix, the wireless music streaming functionality via Bluetooth, the ability to control various smart home devices, and the list goes on.

However, not everyone is able to make full use of these features. A slew of complaints are lined up across Google Support Forums regarding the device’s inability to function correctly. For some, it is just not booting up, whereas, for others, the nest Hub is stuck on the G Logo and then goes back to the black screen. If you are also facing any of these issues, then fret not. In this guide, we will be sharing various methods to fix the issue of Google Nest Hub/Max not turning on or getting stuck on the G Logo.

  • Next up, verify that the brightness offset in the Google Home App isn’t set too low.

Fix 2: Reboot Google Nest Hub/Max

In some instances, restarting the device is more than sufficient to rectify the issue causing bug. So before moving on to any of the advanced fixes mentioned below, you should first give your device a restart. Here’s how:

  1. To begin with, make sure the Nest Hub and your smartphone are connected to the same wireless network.
  2. Then launch the Google Home app on your device.

However, it will delete all the data from your device. So if that’s well and good, then follow the below steps:

  • there is nothing new, everything has already been tried out. The support has apparently promised some users a replacement device. When I asked for it – there was suddenly silence – no more feedback. Google is arguably a great company. Probably also has religious inspiration – it is also an ideal – to stand up for one’s mistakes. With google one is deceived.

  • Hi! None of the solutions worked for me. It’s still stucked on the G logo.

  • Sentient Craft Computers

None of the above tricks worked! I am still left with a Google Nest Hub Nightlight/Paperweight! I may reconsider whether I buy another Google Pixel, too. I stopped using the browser about 2 years ago because of a security breach. Hello Alexa??? I can’t rely on Google any longer!
