Head over to the Start Menu and search CMD.
Then launch the Command Prompt window as an administrator.
Now type in the below command and hit Enter:

bcdedit /set flightsigning on
```
After that, execute the following command:

bcdedit /set {bootmgr} flightsigning on
```
