- First off, make sure that there are no Bluetooth headsets connected to your PS5.

- Now disconnect the controller. When a flatline sound appears, wait for 3-4 seconds.
- Then turn on the controller and immediately hit X.
- Make sure to do this just before you see the “controller is disconnected message.”
