How to Check and Change Device ID of my Android Device

In this guide, we will show you the steps to check and change the Device ID of your Android device. Similar to how every SIM card has a unique 16-digit IMEI number, every Android device has been assigned a unique ID. This ID is a 64-bit number that is randomly generated when your device first boots up and it remains the same throughout the course of its life [well, unless you change it manually, which is what we will be doing in this guide].

However, in some instances, you might want to change the Device ID of your Android device. For example, some users have reported that their account got wrongly flagged off for gaining an undue advantage in a game, but in reality, they haven’t done any task of malicious intent. So in such cases, you might be able to get re-access to the game after changing your Android device ID.

Or if you are having some hints that your device is being trakced without your permission, then you could also carry out this task of randomizing the ID. Well, there could be a plethora of reasons as to why you might perform this tweak. So without any further ado, let’s get started.
