One of the most common reasons for this issue is the use of an older version of the module. Therefore, it is recommended that you update the module to the latest version and then verify the result.
FIX 2: Use APatch Nightly Builds
The issue might also be due to the APatch version that you are currently using. Therefore, you can update APatch to its latest nightly build and then check if the underlying issue is rectified or not. [Do note that the nightly builds might prove to be somewhat unstable than their stable counterpart.]
